Client Overview
A global pharmaceutical company undergoing rapid expansion identified a critical gap in its supply chain collaboration capabilities. Despite having well-integrated ERP systems, they lacked advanced tools for Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), work-in-progress visibility, ocean shipment tracking, and proactive capacity collaboration with both strategic and long-tail suppliers.
Challenge
The company needed to implement a next-generation multi-tier collaboration platform and onboard hundreds of suppliers—many of them small or mid-sized—without relying on heavy B2B integration. They also required improved visibility and collaboration across key transactional objects such as Purchase Orders, Blanket Orders, Scheduling Agreements, ASNs, Goods Receipts, and Bills of Materials.
PeakPro’s Role
PeakPro was brought in during the final phase of the RFP process to support platform selection. We leveraged deep market intelligence to conduct differentiated vendor assessments, including customer satisfaction benchmarks and sector-specific value cases. Following selection, we assumed the Program Director role, established program governance, set up the PMO, defined a communication strategy, and led both internal and external project kickoffs. We managed Business Release 1 from inception to Go-Live. To ensure adoption, we deployed an experienced Onboarding Manager with life sciences expertise. Together with local site leads, we co-created training content, aligned cross-functional teams, and led the full supplier onboarding lifecycle.

The client now operates a future-ready supply chain collaboration model with enhanced upstream visibility, streamlined supplier interaction, and a scalable, user-friendly platform for managing complex external manufacturing networks. 
Client Overview
A leading consumer goods company with a strong presence in Southeast Asia faced challenges in its global supply chain. While much of its production occurred in APAC, significant output also came from Europe and America. Their operating model revealed inefficiencies, particularly in distribution.
Challenge
With 15 markets independently ordering replenishments from global locations, the company experienced long lead times and high cycle stock levels. Local markets maintained excessive safety stock, resulting in lower service levels and missed sales opportunities.
PeakPro’s Role
We proposed consolidating shipments from Europe and America to a centralized hub in APAC. This would allow mixed volumes to be redistributed more efficiently, enabling more frequent deliveries, reducing cycle stock, shortening lead times, and improving responsiveness. Over an eight-week engagement, PeakPro collaborated with the client to gather data and apply our advanced Network Design tool to model the proposed hub. Using Generative AI, we simulated impacts on inventory, lead times, service levels, and sales performance.
Outcome & Impact
The client gained access to a customized AI platform that allowed them to simulate various scenarios involving the hub, shipping methods, service levels, and lead times. For a $3 billion annual revenue stream, our analysis identified a $5 million cost reduction opportunity—without capital investment. The initiative also delivered a reusable digital twin for ongoing decision-making.
